 | The main objectives of this activity are the following: - To define and design an adequate prototype of a typical electronic box for manufacturing using a RTM process.
- To manufacture the prototype using a RTM process.
- To perform basic mechanical (static and dynamic) verification tests on the prototype to demonstrate that the mechanical design requirements have been successfully achieved.
- To compare the specific RTM manufacturing cost to traditional manufacturing technologies (aluminium, composite pre-preg).

This study is lead by Hellenic Aerospace (GR). HPS, as subcontractor, has the responsibility to elaborate of CFRP housing concept and to support together with INVENT the application of a RTM process.
